Secrets to Longevity

“If you ask what is the single most important key to longevity, I would have to say that it is to avoid worry, stress, and tension. And if you did not ask me, I would still have to say it.”- George Burns

Longevity is a hot topic.

Everyone from Gwyneth Paltrow to Tim Ferris is trying to find the most agedefying superfood, potent anti-wrinkle facial cream, or cutting-edge workout to increase their lifespan.

Lifestyle researchers agree that the secret to longevity is to commit to daily
habits that help the human body to thrive and not to decay. They write that it’s important to step back, breathe, and keep things wholesome. It’s important for us to laugh often, spend time with those we love and commit to movement.

It’s a lot to remember. The SEEDS team wants to help our members figure it
out. For now, feel free to sign up for our new Probiotic Drinks and Sourdough workshops; in class, ask us about the latest longevity research.

Best wishes for your month ahead,

Bethany Erb,  Director of Communications
