The Health & Wellness Clubs are groups of interest related to Lifestyle Medicine such as Cooking clubs, Walking clubs, Pilates clubs, Arts & Crafts clubs and so on. All activities that empower health & wellbeing can become a health club.
The health clubs are held on a weekly basis with occasional breaks during school holidays or with notice.
