Join plant-based chef and SEEDS Executive Director Camila Skaf for an entertaining, educational cooking class! We’ll discuss the benefits of nutrient-rich ingredients, where to find plant-based ingredients in the local markets, and how you can easily prepare meals that nourish your body and mind. This class is a welcoming, open place for anyone interested in plant-based cooking.
