SEEDS facilitates a five-week small-group course based on the Stanford Introduction to Food & Health virtual class (Coursera.Org). In additional to talks on the impact of food on your holistic health, our plant-based chef Camila Skaf will help you apply these concepts by sharing cooking demos and recipes. Think you’ve heard it all? Come to be amazed at our cutting-edge nutritional findings, while having fun sharing your personal insights.
