“Gluten-Free Sourdough Made Easy”
Gluten-free sourdough workshop and light lunch from 10am – 2pm on Sunday the 12th of January 2025, in the gorgeous Food Farmacy at Atune Health Centre.
We are thrilled to be able to present gluten free sourdough in an approachable way – where you will learn to make a gluten free sourdough loaf that is achievable for a home-baker and capable of fitting into your busy schedule.
The class will be a combination of both hands-on learning and demonstration by Camila co-founder of SEEDS and Food Farmacy. The workshop includes a plant-based wholesome lunch prepared by Food Farmacy, your own sourdough kit, loaf of bread (to take home for proof and baking) and a bonus Gluten-free savoury waffle recipe.
