Plant-Based food that helps your Hormone Balance
Presented by Talida Voinea from Hazel & Cacao, join us for a plant-based hormone balancing cooking workshop and food tasting, in the gorgeous new Food Farmacy at Cardiff in their learning space.
We are thrilled to be able to present new information on how to eat for hormone balance – where you will learn to eat nourishing plant-based foods for each phase of the menstrual cycle.
The class will be a combination of informative presentation about the menstrual cycle, hormone balance and how to eat to support reproductive hormones.
The workshop includes plant-based recipes and tastings prepared by Food Farmacy, as well as an exclusive first glimpse of “Eating for Hormone Balance: a plant-based guide”.
