Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and improves self-esteem and cognitive function. Thinking about it we decide to create a group to motivate each other to have exercise as a lifestyle.
To run our groups we count on our PT Caitlin. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Sports Science and a Certificate IV in Fitness.
The classes are FREE and all you need to bring is:
– Your mat (we have some available if you don’t have one)
– Your towel
– Water bottle
– Lots of energy
